Today is weekend. Last night I spent time watching movies on television. The film I watched was titled The Exorcist. I'm sure all of you have seen this film. I've watched it too many times. Old movie but I never get bored watching this film.

All the scenes in this film are very interesting. Actually I am a coward. I'm afraid of ghosts and such a thing like that. However, I'm always curious about this kind of movie. Some scenes ia so scary. Makes me couldn't sleep and always remembers the scenes in this film. Even so, I was able to watch it until it over.

Today, I woke up at 5:30 a.m. After preparing breakfast, and cleaning the house, I made one of Aceh's special foods. We call it "Dughok". This dughok is a food that is processed with a mixture of rice flour and bananas. Dughok is almost the same as "Timphan". The difference, Timphan is made from a mixture of glutinous rice flour and bananas.

How to make it is also easy. After mixing rice flour and bananas, knead until smooth. After that, put it on a banana leaf that we have cut into small pieces. And add on top of it with grated coconut that has been cooked with sugar until it thickens.

When finished, wrap neatly. Put one by one into the steamer, and steam for about 20 minutes. Wait until it is cold, and ready to enjoy. Dughok is very delicious. We can eat it with a cup of tea or coffee. The taste is also very delicious. Soft and slightly springy.

Making Dughok requires patience. I made it myself without anyone's help. The process makes it very long. I started at 7 in the morning, and only finished when it was 10 o'clock in the morning. Very long isn't it?
So I have to wait for holidays like this, to make this Dughok. So as not to interfere with other activities.

After finishing cooking Dughok, me and my husband, relaxing in front of the house while enjoying Dughok with a cup of tea. We rarely get to spend time together like this. So we really enjoy the moment.

In the afternoon, around 4 pm, our family went to the beach. Bring our children to enjoy the fresh beach breeze, and play with the waves. The beach we visited is not so crowded, maybe some people still choose to stay at home in conditions like this.

At 6 pm, our family decided to go home. I feel very tired. But spending time with family always feels good. Because family is everything. Those are some of the activities that I do today. Hope you all enjoy my diary.
