China builds artificial intelligence zone with $ 2 billion investment

Xinhua quoted a rapport published by Beijing's Mentougou District officials, saying that the artificial intelligence center will house about 400 companies. China's plans to accelerate in the artificial intelligence race are also due to the tension created by Beijing and the United States following a competitive approach to artificial intelligence on military technology. China has announced a series of plans to invite military, private and public-sector organizations to research and invest in artificial intelligence to conduct business alliances on national artificial intelligence targets on a road map published in 2017.

The developing artificial intelligence industry of the country attracts many foreign companies. For example, Google said in an announcement last month that despite the prohibition of the Google search engine within the Chinese Security Court, it was thinking of building a Beijing-based artificial intelligence research team aimed at exploiting local research power.
