San Andreas Oasis Trail
One of my favorite hikes in Southern California is an hour past Palm Springs on the eastern shore of The Salton Sea. The trail winds through a natural grove of Palm Trees growing out of an aquifer in the San Andreas fault. Highly recommended and off the beaten path.
