Weekly Steemit update - 14
Another week has passed, so it is time for a new Steemit update.
Progress
Last week I was on 985.1 SP, now I'm on 993.0 an increase of 0.80%. This is an average progress for me. A bit is thanks to a 4 Steem power up, but I do still own about as much liquid Steem as last week.
I'm almost at 1,000 SP, my first goal of this year. With a little bit of luck I will reach that within the coming week.
Below you can see the graph in which both my Steem Power holdings and the corresponding dollar value. Both the SP-curve and the dollar value have gone up slightly this week. There however is still a large gap between the two of them. Since one of my goals is to own $1,000 in Steem, there is still a long way to go.
Last week's actions
Last week I once again increased my delegation to @steembasicincome a bit. My strategy is to stay around 500 VP and delegate the rest of my SP to an account that returns a nice profit. I still have to do some calculations whether SBI is the best way to do that indeed (rather than, for instance, @ocdb), so expect a post about that in the coming week(s). Besides that I reserved two @upvoteshares for level 10, but it will take some time before I can actually buy those.

How does SBI delegation pay out? In liquid steem of via upvotes?
I was also thinking about delegating to ocdb. Maybe better to wait until you share your experiences.
I do plan to delegate some Steem when I do have more than 1500 SP, which will probably next week.
A less ethical way is too lease to an upvote bot, but also no idea which one has the best Return on Investment.
Delegating 2 SP gets you one more SBI-share, so your upvotes increase. I try to make my post this week, so you can take an informed decision.

I will know in a moment how many stakes I already have in steembasic income.
I do see that it is not holding it's value concidering the upvotes. Too many people do have too many shares, so probably it is running into it's limits.
The same goes for the steem-ua upvote program. Still the 250 SP delegation to that is very profitable!
The bonus shares part is because of delegating. I delegate 84 SP now, so have 42 bonus shares
That is not too shabby :)
Still doubting to what I should delegate some SP to! Some many options, so many different investment models.
