I have been in better shape than when I woke up today. I have been experiencing issues with my back for a couple of days now and after talking to a physio friend it started to make sense to me that I very well might have overstretched my back. It kind of feels like a part of my ribs are broken when I put pressure on this area, it's quite intense.
To remain injury free, I will be careful with this area of my back. Taking my side stretches very lightly in my yoga sequence for the next week or so.

After a day at work which drained me a bit, I didn't have much motivation to do anything. Instead of wasting my day I decided to take a refreshing shower and to drink an amazing smoothie containing a ton of dates, lemon, cashew and hemp seeds.

Balance

I rode my bike to Borisofa park where I met some friends to practice acroyoga with. Only practice makes perfect. It happened to be the best decision of the day because we had an amazing practice session and did some massage before going home. This massage did my back a lot of good.

I think it's very important for humans to touch each other.
It has become clear to me that communication becomes so much more pleasant when touching is as common as looking each other in the eyes.
