Market Friday - Handmade Pottery
This is my entry to #MarketFriday initiated by our friend, @dswigle.
These photos were taken in July 2016 at Cluj Napoca, Romania.
This is #handmade, hand painted #pottery. I always admire these little artworks. Back in the day, when there was no porcelain or glass, people were using these vessels on a regular bases. There are inns, rustic restaurants where these are still in use.
Here you can see vases for flowers, bowls, mugs, plates and different ornaments.
I have a great admiration for those with talent, who can create such beautiful artworks. I have a big handmade, hand painted plate and I'm going to show you in another post.
And this is how it's made. Below you can see the potter, the man who's making the pottery.

I love pottery. It's a beautiful art left to us from our forefathers, and i believe it's relevant even today.
