Fooled by an African Violet

In 2016 I got an African Violet in a very small pot. It was obvious that it needed a new and a bigger pot with fresh soil, so I did that. When I took the flower out saw that there were two, so I separated them and gave one to my cousin who lives miles away from where I live.

After a year or so we spoke on the phone and she told me the African Violet is blooming and she's gorgeous but it's not white as I told her. I said "What? How come it's not white? I gave you a white one!" "No, it's not white" she said and sent me a photo.

And look, it's not white, it has lots of purple, which is lovely :)

And this is mine, her twin sister :D I'm not saying it's totally white, it has a light pink but it's not like her sister at all :) Now it has to bloom again and I'm hoping for some color changes!!! I want some color changes! :)
