'Kopi Saring Aceh'
Coffee is Love, Love which sometimes feels bitter, but often feels sweet, and that's how we can always celebrate with the best people in our lives. I am not a heavy coffee lover, especially Aceh Coffee, Coffee which has a distinctive taste and it's so obvious.
In a gathering with a steemian colleague in Pidie District, I had the opportunity to visit 'Taufik Kopi' which is located in Sigli City for coffee break while gathering together. 'Kopi Saring', once known in the Indonesian province of Aceh. This traditional coffee screening method has existed since ancient times, so the taste of coffee in Aceh is indeed very tradition, there are no modern machines here, all processed only in the traditional way.
Kopi Saring Aceh is indeed known for its high taste, the quality of coffee in Aceh is global and has even been patented by the Government as one of the best commodities in Indonesia. enjoying coffee in coffee shops in Aceh has become a norm, not least for us women.
In Taufik Kopi Sigli, I and some friends enjoyed a cup of Kopi Saring, in addition to Kopi Saring, here it is also known as other coffee variants, such as Sanger (coffee milk), but Kopi Saring is more familiar.
That day a number of friends and I tried filter coffee here, the waiter did not serve your coffee with sugar, that is because we can set the sugar we want on our own table. I am not too bitter, and it really helped me and some other friends enjoyed softer filter coffee.
This Coffee Shop located on Medan-Banda Aceh street is indeed very well known in the city of Sigli, an amazing experience, being able to celebrate a meeting with the steemens here, hopefully one day I can again enjoy the distinctive taste of Kopi Saring at Taufik Kopi.
