韩国社区新平台steemcoinpan
由于Steem-engine的ScotBot和Nitrous上线后，越来越多的社区开始建立自己的社区平台。
Steemcoinpan是基于韩国社区的STEEM平台
这个平台的代币名称是SCT，已经在steem-engine上交易，目前价格0.6 steem/SCT
根据有限的资料和翻译，这个平台的目的是发布关于区块链和虚拟货币的文章
已知的一些设置是：
- 作者/审查者 收益设置为50%/50%
- 收益结算日期：3天
- 每年通货膨胀率是0.5%,或者5 SCT 每3个区块
- Unstake 长度：3天，也就是steem上面所说的power down
- 每100%点赞将扣除2% vp
- 这个平台的标签是sct
这个平台17号韩国时间已经对外开放了，如果你是写区块链和虚拟货币文章的能手，不要错过steemcoinpan这个平台。
目前奖励还是很喜人的。

现在那套工具都有了，只是国内的想不想弄的问题
国内的人都喜欢另起炉灶的，直接用的好像还没有吧
有个weku是国内弄的，直接用steem那套
