SCT新通知：SCT-UBI 基本收入
刚收到@sct的通知，由于目前steem-engine没有像steem一样的通货膨胀的功能，所以SCT将引入UBI基本收入的概念

这个概念是，Stake 超过502 SCT的用户，将获得每天1次来自@sct.down(13200 SCT)的点赞
具体规则是：
- Stake 至少502 SCT
- 截图钱包并且到上面的帖子留言
- 在25号23:59前完成申请
26号SCT-UBI将生效，用户需要使用sct-ubi标签获取@sct.down点赞
有兴趣的可以加紧时间Stake
