KRWP将取代SCT作者收益（12月13日生效）
刚看到@sct的最新公告：[공지] 2019년12월 13일 09:00(서울시간)부터 저자보상 krwp 적용
从12月13日开始，帖子的作者收益部分将不会有SCT收益，这部分收益将由KRWP（韩元稳定币）取代。这个改变只对作者收益部分有影响，审查收益还是支付SCT。
如果作者收益少于0.001 KRWP，将会支付SCT。如果作者收益少于0.001 SCT，将不会支付任何收益。
团队做出这个改变，可能是因为SCT价格不稳定的原因（因为和STEEM挂钩）
目前SCT价格非常的疲软，接近跌破初始价格了
而KRWP会比较稳定点，最后交易价格在6.79 STEEM
