[Day 8] PLANK challenge without David | 不和勇敢一起挑战平板支撑
这是我第8天参加平板支撑活动。
周日非常的忙，晚上8点回家洗完澡后，抽出一分钟做了平板支撑。
有点体力不支，中间有几次快支撑不住了。
@cecilian说她每天都会做瑜伽，而平板支持是她必做的一项，所以这次邀请她加入平板支撑的活动。
This is my 8th day of the PLANK challenge.
It's a crazy busy Sunday. I got home around 8pm and after I took a shower, I spent 1 minute did the challenge.
It's hard for me this time because I'm kind of exhausted from the busy day, but finally I got over it.
@cecilian replied to my posts couple times and she mentioned she did PLANK everyday because it's part of the yoga movement she does everyday.
So I would like to invite her to this contest.
