ICO's - Not for US Residents

I am extremely annoyed by companies who ask for your info before telling you that their offerings are only available for people who are NOT US RESIDENTS.

This fact should be clearly posted on the signup page before you enter your information. Companies that do this are not to be trusted.

I plan to keep a running list and update it here.
