There use to be an app like this on steem blockchain but no longer available called @share2steem that put ones twitter tweet on their steemit blog
postiatic is an application that to turn your Twitter activity into a blog.
Very easy yo use, just connect your Twitter account to postiatic application and every tweet you share will be transformed into a reach and nice looking blog post.

thats fantastic but what if people post others tweet directly and dont we get copyright issues ?

No, just like how share2steem works but share2steem rewards because it was built on the steem blockchain
