Innovation is making a Co2 a main component in air to become useful in making foods out of the air. we have seen protein made from Co2, Solein already feature on steemhunt and now here is another innovation, producing Vodka from Co2.
The Vodka is made from air, water and sun.

I wonder what it tastes like and what kind of a kick it has. Air Co must have spent loads in technology and will definitely make it back as there is less raw material costs then or very little. Potato must surely still be used but surprisingly no sugar.One to definitely look out for.

You need some sugar and plant based stuff in alcohol otherwise it would taste awful. However, I can see this system being useful in the manufacture of commercial alcohol for hard industry (where taste doesn't matter).
