So far, Christmas day has been fun and tiring — but mostly fun! Indeed, Christmas is the best excuse to not follow your diet. LOL. But for those who easily get high blood pressure, please monitor what you eat! To make things a little dramatic, I realized that the older I get, the more I appreciate presence over presents. Family is everything, folks! :)
