Hello beautiful people of this dear community. I salute all of you and I believe you day is going as planned. I'm @enyddy, feeling so excited to be back again on this amazing contest "DO IT YOURSELF"
There is this fulfilment that comes when you get things done yourself. And I want to thank @ngoenyi for this great opportunity.

I'm here to share with you what I love doing, which is cooking. And today I decided to make a very special delicacy Utor mmboro.

INGREDIENTS

  • Unripe banana
  • Dry fish
  • Crayfish
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Seasoning cube
  • Vegetable/ scent leaf
  • Palm oil
  • Salt.

STEP BY STEP OF MY COOKING

At first I made sure the pot I'm going to cook with is set. There after I peel the unripe banana into a basin then wash it to ensure that no sand stick to it.

After which I set up my local blender (Akuok) and a tray and one after the other I started blending the already peeled unripe banana. Though one needs to be patient with it, I eventually get done with that, and kept it aside.

Next, I prepared the other ingredients, put them into the pot and also put the right quantity of water I needed for the cooking, I added seasoning cube and a little salt, then allow it to boil for like 10-15 minutes. When the water boiled properly i now carried the blended unripe banana, cut it like small balls into the boiling hot water. The hot water will help it not to lose it shape.

After that was done, I allow it to cook for about 5 minutes then I added palm oil, no need to add salt again because I did that earlier. I later stir the food properly and added vegetable/scent leaf to it and mixed it together.

In few seconds my delicious Utor mmboro was ready. And as our breakfast, trust me when I say we did Justice to it cos it's been a while we had that. It was so filling and everyone was satisfied.

Beloved! In all your eating, make it healthy.
Please feel free to bring your spoon and you be glad you did 🥰
