SFS Contest | Week 20 |Drawing Contest | Draw An Apricot.

Greetings everyone how are you all it's a new week and I'm happy to participate in this contest when it comes to creativity it really makes me happy and that's why I'm participating in this contest thanks to @hive-126193 for hosting this contest.

Now before am able to take all of you through the steps that i took in drawing of an apricot, let me explain what apricot is, apricot is a round shaped, small fruit with a skin that is velvety and the inside part of the fruit is creamy as it contains sweet fleshy material.

Despite the fact that it’s positioned as a separate fruit, it is related to peaches and plums and is famous for its tender taste and bright hue. This fruit is also a source of vitamins A and C, dietry fiber and antioxidants, therefore taking it will not be a harm to any one’s health. Whether fresh, dried or otherwise, apricots can be eaten raw or preferably processed into jams and preserves, fruit salads, cakes, pies, tarts, and smoothies. Regarded as delicious on its own and highly incorporated in numerous recipes, the aptly named apricot is a favorite among fruits consumers globally.

Step 1

I first curve an apple shape then add a small rectangle shape inside it which i made to be bold then i now proceed to another step.

Step 2

Now i started adding the leaf and also add the second apricot as you can see in the image i made the first one to be little bigger.

Step 3

After the drawing I now brought out my colored pencils and first use orange color to color the inside and then the green color for the leaves.

Step 4

Here is when i completed the whole coloring of the apricot as you can see how i colored it and then add the name and my username as well.
