Steem dollars price in bittrex vs poloniex .

I wonder how the price of steem dollars has so big difference in poloniex against bittrex .
At this moment i am creating this post the price on poloniex is : 0.00028293 and the price on bittrex is 0.00038369 . (SBD/BTC)

This is almost 40% difference . Do you know why this is happening ?

Can we just buy steem dollars in poloniex and just sell it on bittrex ? (just sayin) .
