The depressed Venezuelan

in #psychology8 years ago

In this opportunity my good people bring you a topic of importance that talks about depression and to be more accurate depression of the Venezuelan
As I have already pointed out in other publicationscolas-en-venezuela.jpg
the regime only aims to stay in power, even in a ruined country by its own management, through its two major communist strategies: TERRITORIAL CONTROL (communal power, changes in electoral circuits, appointment of protectors, organizations and positions and bureaucratic etc.) and POPULATION CONTROL (fear of marching, media hegemony, brutal repression, torture, kidnapping, murder, delinquency, deceptive propaganda, inventions of coups or assassinations, queues to buy the basics, paperwork for any management , fear of being expropriated or taking away the goods without any economic reparation etc.). The trampled dignity and the Constitution as adornment or false crucifix of the spokesmen of the regime.
The worst consequence, observed in different contexts, is a terrible clinical disorder such as DEPRESSION, expressed through the following four factors:
• Emotional. We hear verbalizations of anger, misery, sadness and guilt for having supported the regime at first. People feel invaded by a deep feeling of melancholy, of a longing for a past where conditions were better than in the present ("we were happy and we did not know") and that probably will not return due to serious ethical, moral and educational deterioration and socioeconomic of Venezuela.
• Cognitive. The citizen manifests defeatist ideas regarding the future. He attributes a lot of disability and despair that generate a great pessimism with respect to the possibilities that things change for the better; On the contrary, he thinks that there is no way out of the quagmire because the regime manipulates the armed forces, the judiciary, the electoral power, does not recognize its responsibility and does not manifest an intention to change the model or rhetoric that only feeds the fanatic. Thought slows down and distortions are generated in processes of attention, concentration, memory, retrenchment or finding a way to emigrate, where almost 40% of Venezuelans have left the country.migración.jpg

       • Motivational. With ease in people of different ages, especially young people, there is a lot of discouragement in relation to finding or maintaining quality employment, a home, a vehicle, obtaining quality recreation and even carrying out daily activities. The social and family interrelation is diminished and the hermit life is increased. The neglect of infrastructure, roads and disarray of public and private spaces, increasingly encourage the collective depression. Cities are consumed by garbage, gardens and dead parks; There is a lot of laziness.

• Physiological. The stress of depression is generating sleep disorders, loss of sexual appetite and other activities that generate pleasure or well-being. Due to weakness of the immune system and fear of not finding medicines, health, asepsis and medical attention, diseases that were already erased or had been diminished by preventive actions have resurfaced. In health centers there is overcrowding and many die due to lack of medicines, equipment and medical supplies. The worst, hospitalizations are denied because there is no lingerie due to the lack of detergents.
On another occasion I will tell you what I think of how we can overcome the depression and stay in the country without dying in the attempt. Because I am optimistic and trusted in the human reserves of the country.colaas.jpg
