My first ulog entry 😍😊

Today being Saturday and my niece's end of the session party, we all woke up early for the big day.
I bathe her, made her up and dressed her in her beautiful dress and shoes.

Before today, I had already made her hair, I'm not really good but I received compliments, some people even said I was a Joat (Jack of all trade).

With excitement in her eyes, she was all jumping and all..
Like I said, we woke up early, in fact she was the one who came into my room to wake me up..
Unlike her when you wake her up by 6am to prepare for school, she would give you this face,my own interpretation was always.. ""hey aunt,not today ".
Hehehe

We were set for the event,i,emem and my niece.
I was happy my sweet twin(@Emem) followed us, my gist partner... There are no dull moments with her. Trust me.

She wasn't paying attention.

We got to the place a bit late, the opening prayer had been said.
The event wasn't held in the school premises due to some reasons.
Maybe the previous rainfall made a mess or something.
Anyway we got seated, some parents were welcomed to the high table.
Next was the recitation by the kids,my niece participated, they mentioned the Nigeria states and their slogans, I know some of you don't know your state's slogan... Lol

Well as time goes by the choreographer came in, which she was present too.
They danced to the excess love song, I didn't know she could dance so well.
I could only take a picture of them when they were getting ready, from the picture you'd see how excited they were.

Next were the news casters
A boy and a girl between the ages of 5/6

I wasn't paying much attention. I only heard when the boy made a comment about the FIFA match, how France made them proud.. Lol who are the "them".
Well we all understand.

A spelling bee quiz was made which a little girl came first, she's so smart she would be 3 and could spell six letter words like "gentle".

The graduants came in for their presentation, they sang the standard living (sandal lili) song dressed by their professions.

This is the part I enjoyed
The how well you know your spouse game.
A couple was picked.

Lol from the pic they were a bit confused, I captured their moments, it was kinda difficult cause they weren't told..

They were asked their spouse birthday, best dish and best colour.

And yeah the woman won.

Gifts were presented to pupils who came third to first position.
Best teacher and punctual teacher was given to one person.
Guess she is really good.

Lastly was refreshments, the part I so love..
I ate party rice.. I think it's in the constitution for it to always come last.
Sorry I didn't take a picture, I ate it all.
I went to ease myself so I wasn't there during the closing prayer..

At about 45 minutes we were back home.
And since then I've been on bed cause it rained heavily.

Saturday is almost over but that isn't the end of my ulog stories.
