Plantbased For Noobies #1 Hummus From Chickpeas!

This is the kind of treat I sometimes gift to myself when I feel like comfort foods.

By all means, it doesn't mean it should be comfort for you since I'm a fruitarian and not all of us are identical :D

Honestly, I'm quite a gourmand and I love to eat all kinds of beautiful platnbased foods. That means lot of time I take trips in all kinds of natural kitchens...

The spread I'll share with you is super easy to make and extremely rich in taste. To me it feels like a gift straight from mother Earth :)

You can share this with your loved ones at any part of the day, and you'll enrich their existence by something powerful. Just don't forget to say thank You to all the plants we are gonna use :P

It's a love-love relationship, you know... we need to cherish it.

This can be consumed for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any meal you might call differently... it's super clean and perfect to spread on some great bread made from quality ingredients

Ingredients

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • 200 grams of organic Chickpeas (with their water)
  • Himalayan Pink Salt (or sea, unrefined)
  • Oregano

How To

First of all you gonna need a blender. That's a necessity for this meal.

Make sure to add all the solid ingredients and don't forget that crucial water from the chickpeas.

Blend it until you get a smooth looking mixture and your Hummus should be ready!

This was complicated, right? Nature is so complex!

Based on your preference, you can eat it soon as it is done (while it's still warm), or you can put it in refrigerator and cool down until you find it pleasing!

Whatever you decide, I can guarantee it is gonna be TASTY :P

My 2 Cents

I don't really love to force others to do anything, but I feel like saying this - try to find a decent gluten-free organic bread with this spread!

The whole experience will be so much more fulfilling... not just for the outside, but for your inside as well!

Modern white breads for example are filled with refined ingredients that are not good for your body and ultra-hard to process!

That's why, if you want a better life quality - always try to get that quality bread!

The one I love to use with this is made from non-refined flour along with chia seeds, it's utterly delicious! Give it a try :)
