How I Spend My Days!
Before I got out, I made myself a fresh ice cream made entirely from raw ingredients! It was super delicious, definitely a treat you might wanna try out.
I added following ingredients:
- 3 Frozen Bananas
- Raw Cacao
- Fresh Dates
- Coconut Flakes
- Hazelnut Butter
- Triphala
- Wheat Grass
The end result:
The ice cream was super creamy and the final outcome surprised me a bit. Never have I tried a single ice cream close in taste to this one...
It felt simply amazing, like a tune coming straight from Mother Earth.
I do love all kinds of foods, but fresh & raw foods are simply the highest vibrational foods in this reality. They live, and therefore are the greatest aid our body can intake in form of nutrients. Micronutrients precisely, along with fresh Prana (life energy) and Solar energy.
Lately,
days are beautiful... Weather is sunny, abundance of solar energy for our cells to recharge.
I take pretty long walks in order to stretch my body.
The body was designed for movement, and I mean lot of movement.
If you are able to visualize what our far ancestors could do with their bodies, you get the point.
Anyway, I got out... the birds were singing - felt like I'm in some kind of oasis, damn it felt good. Headed to the city that's about 15 kilometers away from my house.
The walk felt super smooth, considering yoga from yesterday made everything fit into its place. It's like, my posture was so good that every additional step felt like a blessing straight from the Source.
At this moment, I knew with this ease I'll have to do more activity since I'm blessed with this kind of boost.
As air quality was still not the best, I had minor difficulties breathing... So I thought, why not just visit the spa.
I reached for my mentha piperita and decided to go straight to the spa.
Menthol is amazing to super effectively cleanse the lungs.
It's my oil of choice because its smell is fucking amazing. Not only that, in the matter of 2 minutes your lungs are open and you are breathing new life in your cells.
I use this kind of oil in steam bath where I put the drops in water and place the water on hot stones. The effect is bombastic. Sometimes, people inside are not about that life so they rush to go out...
Advice from professional is, don't touch your eyes if a lot of menthol is getting out there.
This is how I looked like after first piperita session:
Piperita session followed by a cold shower, leaves you looking something like this. How do I look, fucking amazing, right?
Anyway, tomorrow lot of physical work had to be done so I went home.
I rushed to take a dose of fresh ground organic Brahmi, so it relaxes my cognitive function so I can sleep better.
Bacopa Monnieri is a magical plant, I wrote about it here. In my popinion its benefits are life changing so I'd love to see as many people as possible try it out.
The next day I had to work physically 11 hours straight. Soon as I came to my student job, I realized this is a no joke.
We had to light some heavy woods and I realized this is gonna be challenging. Luckily I love challenges so I just went through it not really bothering myself with it.
That whole day I was fasting so the detox was kind of strong, making it emotionally difficult at some moments but totally (mind) controllable.
My hand can be a good showcase of how my day at work was.
Not too hard but challenging at some moments. That's how life is I guess...
That day at work just by going back & forth I walked more than 15 kilometers. At the same time I was physically active that whole time, so I don't need to explain you how amazing was that for my body...
Yes I got a bit tired, but, that will make me stronger eventually.
It's a shame I still didn't get @actifit app in order so I can track my activity, I guess I'm just too big of a moron to actually care about anything... even if its in form of dope Actifit tokens.
When I got home that day my mind asked me for all kinds of comfort foods. I guess because my body was drained... Even though I'm super disciplined with raw foods most of the time, occasionally I treat my body with whatever it desires, even though I know its just craving from the mind.
Sometimes I satisfy the mind cravings on purpose, that's some kind of respect from my avatar to my mind. Haha
Comfort food of the night:
Baked potatoes on a bit of virgin olive oil, dried sage and fresh organic garlic.
Next to potatoes is 300 grams of organic chickpeas.
Even though I could totally live without this, the taste buds were perfectly satisfied and mind was craving no more.
The time for me was to go to sleep. Since I was super active I simply couldn't risk wasting any energy on doing irrelevant things... It was pretty clear: Lie in bed, connect to the source - regenerate the body.
I woke up in 5.20 AM next morning ready for some new life adventures.
Soon as I opened the door to my room, both of my cats rushed in.
They decided to use my main chair as a place to chill
and completely conquered it, no shame.
One on the top is meditating while the lower one fell asleep. That's how cats are: they sleep, stretch, eat, meditate, sleep
So simple yet so fulfilled and living in tune with divine wisdom. Honestly I think we can learn a whole lot from cats.
Its truly a no shocker to me as to why were they sitting next to Pharaohs in ancient Egypt.
I decided to do something painful today.
As I wanted to climb a mountain, I asked my friend whether he is up for the challenge. To my big surprise, he said yes!
Meanwhile I decided I will use my 20+ years old bike to reach town, and that decision was disastrous. Soon as I got out of my home my legs started to get soar... not to mention how I had additional 15 kilometers of riding, then reaching the mountain on foot and eventually climbing it - just to get back down.
Damn, I thought, this is gonna be a fucking challenging day. Painful even, I've seen it, but I knew eventually this is gonna push my body to new heights.
So, the adventure happened - I successfully completed the old bike challenge, got to the mountain - successfully reached the top. Ate shit ton of food while I was there... sadly, I have no pictures since I didn't plan to create this post ever.
Now when I think about it, maybe I should take way more pictures so I can write many more posts like these... It is kind of amusing and at the same time a decent way to share unique pieces of your life.
After I finally reached the bottom from the mountain, my body was kind of sore and in need of calories. I went to the local organic shop and to my surprise, they had organic milk from young coconuts, that arrived straight from Thailand.
Not only that, it was on discounted price. I knew this was the right thing for me, I instantly grabbed it...
When I took the first sip, damnnn - that was creamy. I felt like I'm at Thailand drinking it straight from the coconut... The place where I soon will be, and thankfully to magic of STEEM I'll be fully sustainable doing what I love not having to bond with anything...
Right now I'm home after this long ass day, half dead, trying to write this post.
I don't really know what am I doing... And I don't know who will read this.
Its not like it really matters, only thing that matters is STEEM people! Haha, readers will come eventually.
Wish me luck to get as much STEEM as I possibly can with this post. Peace
Have a great one!
