There are problems that overwhelm us and scourge our soul. So many are the problems that we struggle with every day that we lose the courage and strength to face them.

The problems today are like giants that want to swallow you and eat you in a second. If you look to each side of the boat of your life, you are going to find strong waves that shake you and make you fill with a lot of fear and anguish. At times you feel that Jesus is not in the boat of your life and that fills you with more dread.

Every news you hear through the media, you are terrified and eat your nerves. There are gigantic waves of "Covid" that travel all over the world. Similarly, there are gigantic waves of economic crisis that put many families in panic. It seems that Jesus got out of the boat and enormous problems began to shake and scourge your life.

Jesus continues to walk on the water to evaluate the spirit of his disciples. Jesus is not a ghost. Jesus is a wonderful being who wants to offer protection to those who put their trust in him.

Jesus knows when strong waves hit the boat of your life. He is always present. The Lord does not want us to be distressed or afraid. It only demands from us faith and a lot of trust in Him.

There is a voice that whispers deep within us that tells us: Courage, brother! Surely, it is the precious voice of the Holy Spirit that guides us to put all our trust in Jesus.

It is time to throw our burdens and problems at the feet of the Lord and find rest and peace in Him. There is no reason to be upset, but to have courage and trust that Jesus is in the boat with us.
