Winter in my City
"I devour nature ceaselessly. I exaggerate, I sometimes I make changes in the subject; but still I don't invent the whole picture. On the contrary, I find it already there. It's a question of picking out what one wants from nature." (Vincent van Gogh)
I had a walk yesterday in the evening and took these quick shoots. I made them using my phone and that is why their quality is not perfect but I am still happy to share with you some views of my native city. It is quite cold here now so there are just few people in the streets- no mums with kids or enamoured couples. Occasionally you can see people with dogs who left their warm homes just for a few minutes. In spite of a cold weather we have very little snow this year and it is a pity because streets covered with the snow look much more beautiful and not so gloomy. It seems my native city is having a rest now and enjoying silence because it is always full of tourists in summer who come here to sunbathe on the beach of the Black Sea.)
