... don't believe this. Modern management also don't believe this. Basically training is an investment . If we can train our employees then their enthusiasm motivation and task assigning availity is improved and their efficiency also increased in that way. So it's obviously an investment.

I can believe that there will be a good return of this investment sometimes its tangible and sometimes intangible. But the return obviously will be there.I hope you got my point and thanks for stopping by
