The Dairy Game || 24-05-2024 || Today I cooked beef biryani!

Assalamualaikum friends,
Greetings and welcome to my diary blog. Hope all of you are very well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am well & healthy too. Apologies for sharing late diary.This day was full of experience for me. Why? So without delay let's get into the details of today's diary game. Hope you all will enjoy & like my diary game.

The day was Friday and we planned that this week we will have Guru's Meat Biryani. So none of my friends can stay as they have office hours in the morning. So the responsibility comes automatically on me.

To cook Biryani I have to do bazaar first. Since it's Friday, I plan to sleep in a bit more in the morning. I was asleep in bed until about 9:30. Anyway the aunt who cooks for us comes and tells me what to cook for lunch. I ask her if she can cook beef biryani for us. She hesitates a bit and says that she is not good at it.

Well, that's it, I'm pretty worried about who's going to cook now. I am also not very good and never cook alone. Anyway I ask aunty later to chop and grind some spices to use in cooking.

I take breakfast and go to the market because less time on hand. Going to the market, I buy everything I need to cook biryani and buy vegetables and vegetables for other times. Come home around 11:30. Then I got ready to cook myself. However, I have seen several videos of biryani cooking from YouTube a few times so that I can use the ingredients properly during cooking. Examination of my cooking. 😂🫣🫣

I prepared everything and went to the kitchen to cook and started cooking slowly. While cooking, the whole body is wet with sweat. However, we cook one by one using all the ingredients at the right time. I was a bit scared how it would be Anyway Alhamdulillah everything was fine and better than I expected.

Then I finished cooking and quickly took a bath because I had to go to the mosque to pray. After praying, I sat down to eat. While eating, I noticed that the amount of spices in the biryani, i.e. the amount of cloves, was a bit high due to which I was feeling a burning sensation in my throat. However, cooking the first biryani with one's own hands is quite satisfying. My friends enjoy it and give good comments.

After eating I feel very tired so I plan to rest for some time. Later I prepared to go to office at night. Because my shift has changed from today. At night I had a light meal and left for office. After going to office I do my regular office work.
