Hello guys nice having you around again. Yesterday was such a wonderful day . We've resumed school fully though and it hasn't been easy at all as school activities have taken up all of my time. But yesterday, I decided to take some hours off school work and have a lil bit of fun.

So I was opportune to set my eyes on a very interesting Nollywood movies in which I'll love to share with us. Please stay with me with an undivided attention and I bet you will enjoy it. The movie is titled, The Demon Within. I guess it should intrigue you to want to know how a lady should be married for three and a half years with a daughter and another two months pregnancy but claims she has never made love to her husband before not to talk of seeing his nakedness. After several trials and error from the wife to extract the truth from the husband she decided to take the issue to an arbitration court, claiming she wants it to be "private". She accuses her husband of rape. Isn't this interesting??

But come to think of it. How can a wife stay for three and a half years without actually having sex with her husband but she has a child for him in which the DNA test proofed that. She herself was confused and needed answers to this mystery. What is her husband hiding from her? Is he a cultist or a ritualist? What does his manhood really looks like? So many unanswered questions kept running through her mind. Stacy(as she is called) thought the truth will be out when she takes the case to the court.

Her mother came down to Lagos to persuade her to call off the case cos "a woman is meant to protect her husband" and that she's tarnishing her husband's image by accusing him of rape. All of her mother's advise falls on deaf ears. She has a best friend who also is in love with her(Stacy's) husband. She is the antagonist of this story. She is looking forward to the downfall of the protagonist, Stacy. She pretends to be looking out for them both but goes about feeding them with wrong advises which is suppose to lead to their divorce. Isn't she now one of the "the demon within?"

In the arbitration court, Stacy is asked series of questions pertaining to her sexual life with her husband in which she claims to know nothing about, except that she usually wakes up feeling like she had sex and with semens on her but she isn't aware what happened. Whenever she asks her husband how she got the semens on her, he replies that they had sex and she was aware. So, in that case, she decided to take the case up so as to force the truth out of her husband or else he will go to jail for rape. After much Ado, the case was scheduled to hold again in four days after which a decision will be taken.

Stacy's husband or Richmond as he is called is a very prominent man who owns and runs a big company, he is a lot of people's role model and a lot of people admire him a lot too. The news of the case spread like wildfire and it was a topic of discussion for the public and social media. "The not guilty" Richmond became so ashamed and heart broken that he went home shading tears. He met his wife crying and praying to God. The heart broken wife on seeing him had to get hold of him and pet him like a baby till he sleeps off, because she truly loves him and wants to fix whatever the problem might be, if it needs fixing.

So, she decided to drug her husband so he could sleep like a dead man and then she went ahead to look at her husband's manhood. 🥺🥺What she saw sent hot blood running through her veins. She cried even more. Yes do you want to know what it was? That's the same way I was kept in suspense so, lemme do the same here😂😂. Just wait for it. She had to run to Richmond's brother to ask if he knew about that and he refused telling her. His brother was speechless. He had already told her that's it's not in his place to spoil their marriage and that it's only the two of them, Richmond and Stacy, in the marriage, and she should pester him the more to tell her.

On the fourth day in the arbitration court, which was made up of, Stacy and her husband, Richmond, their fake friend, Stacy's mom, Richmond's brother, the two lawyers and the Judge, before anything else, Stacy raised her hands and asked to withdraw the case. Everyone was surprised. She was asked by the Judge if the withdrawal is of her own free will or someone asked her to? She said she will settle the issue with her husband alone and therefore the case was withdrawn. She went to the media and took the blame upon herself. Her friend was very upset with her for doing all of those 'shits'. Stacy, who later realized who her friend truly is, wrecked her and unfriended her.

Her husband who was also surprised was restless cos he wanted to know why his wife is doing all that she is doing. His wife had to show him a picture of his manhood in which she snapshot. Lo and behold, his manhood is tiny and I mean very tiny. He felt so bad and ashamed that his wife had seen that. He didn't and couldn't tell his wife that because he was thinking she will leave him. Also, while they dated, they didn't have sex because his wife didn't want sex before marriage. He pleaded with his wife to forgive him because he was ashamed of telling her. His wife who wasn't ready to break her vows of "...for better for worse, in sickness and in health,...."forgave him and accepted him. She assured him that they will seek medical attention together and fix it.

This fateful evening, she was like, "Richmond, I'll want you to make love to me right now." The husband was scared. After some moment, he decided to go put the light off but was stopped by the wife. His wife had to make him understand that they shouldn't be acting as strangers with each other because they are one. He was so confused on how to start, so his wife had to lead the way and they did it. His wife was like, "it's not that bad, don't worry we are in this together. We will seek medical attention to know if something can be done about it and if nothing can be done, she is fine with it."

Every marriage has its own struggles and victory. That is her own story. Yours must be different but the demons remain the same and so are the battles. We must fight but at the end however, God has a way of putting together all the broken pieces. I hope you did enjoy your read.
