Quick Payout Question
One of my submissions shows that I was paid out $0.15 but when I check my log, it shows this for that particular submission - blogging reward of 0.074 SD and 0.021 STEEM POWER
I'm not a mathematician but I do know that 0.074 + 0.021 doesn't equal 0.15.
Is there a formula that explains this?
.074 is roughly half of .15.
This is the amount that was paid in Steem Dollars, which are supposed to be equal in value to U.S. Dollars.
The other half of your payment was made in Steem Power. Where 1 Steem Dollar equals 1 U.S. Dollar, 1 Steem Power DOES NOT equal 1 U.S. Dollar.
You were paid $.074 worth of Steem Dollars (which came out as .074 SD) and $.074 worth of Steem Power (which bought you .021 SP).

Half of it goes into Steem Dollars, the 0.074 S$ and the other halv powers up as depending on what Steem costs at the time. So its 7,4 cents in steem power added too.
