The Diary Game - 5th May,2024 [Attending Thanksgiving Service And Visiting A Friend]

Hello there, my fellow steemit friends. Hope you all are doing fine. Happy Sunday to you all. Wishing you all the best this new week. In my article today, I will be writing about "My Diary Game".

How My Day Went

Happy Me

Today really went well. Thanks to God for making me see the first Sunday in the month of May. Waking up this morning, I had to find where to fetch water since there is no light at my residence.

It's been three weeks since our transformer had some faults and I usually go to far distance in order to fetch water. Today I did same. Coming back, I did my regular house chores and I prepared myself for church service.

After Thanksgiving Service

Today was our Thanksgiving Service and it was filled. After church service, I and my friends went home. I ate my cooked porridge yam and I had some rest. After some time, I decided to go visit a friend of mine.

He stays at Abak road in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. On reaching there, we were happy to see each other since it's more than a year we saw each other. I couldn't recognize him as he is all grown up. He's new look really amazed me. He offered me some snacks and we sat down to play some games.

He taught me how to play pad games since I am not really good with pads games. I learnt the how to handle a pad and play games with it. After playing till I was tired, we decided to have a little chat. He told me a lot about his work and how he has been over the years.

I told him school was and how I have been coping with school activities. It was fun. After sometime, I decided to go home. On my way home, I meet my secondary school friend who I haven't seen since our graduation. We were happy to see each other. I told him how school was and he told me he wrote his jamb smashing it with a good result. I was happy for him as I welcomed him to school.

On reaching my residence area, I noticed a really big match was going on between the community females. I decided to watch the match. I was amazed seeing the ladies play and a funny one. I laughed a lot. The match finally ended after the ladies with Yellow jersey won the ladies with Blue jersey 2-1. The ladies were really excited After they won their match.

After the match, I went home to eat and rest. I really had a wonderful day.

Conclusion

Thank you all for reading my post. Today was a great day. I was happy I meet two of my friends that I have not seen in years. We really had a great time. Please do well to drop a comment.
