Which is most sensitive part of eye?

God Almighty did not make mistake for creating human and every thing on earth and put eyes as the gate watch of our body and God placed every nerve in the right place just to protect our eyes from danger and different objects.

To me, every part of the eye is sensitive but there is one sensitive part of the retina which is a small area known as the macula.

Which is healthy Vitamin for eye sight?

There are so many of them, let me just mention few and I do prepare my own naturally with different fruits mixed together to get the same result and my eye sight is balanced.

1.Vitamin A:I do eat apple which is vision booster and with the Vitamin A contained in it, which is the normal vision and immune system reproduction force, sometimes I blend apple with carrot, papaya, and apply milk or juice to it and drink. Those nutrients alone can boost my eyes vision perfectly.

2.Vitamin E:Peanut, sunflower seeds and Almonds are very good for the eyes because of the vitamin E that are in them. Though they are costly but I have them in check for my eyes to be balanced.

3.Vitamin C:There are some fruits which I do eat such as lemon, oranges, cabbage, cauliflower, apples etc. They are very rich in vision boost. Sometimes, I do blend them together and take which is more enjoyable than taking supplements.

4.Omega-3:I do eat mackerel, shellfish, salmon and tuna fish which are commonly found in the local market in my street and they are Omega-3 booster because they give fatty acids that help the eyes to reduce the risk of making it look dry and maintain it easily to give a clear vision.

5.I do eat Corn, yolk, kale leaf, broccoli which help the lutein and prevents macular loss of function and by eating corn or any of the above mention, can promote the eye health and prevents cataracts which are caused by proteins not to damage the eyes.

6.Exercise:With my regular exercise, it also help me to keep my eyes in check all the time.

What makes your eye sight weak?

This is strongly among older people because as we age our risk in developing age is connected to eye diseases like macular attack with cataracts.

There are no food that can restore eyesight, but with the help of God, eating of healthy diet always and fruits can help to prevent eyes weakening or damage.
Let me just mention few things that makes our eye sight weak?

1.Low intake of water can damage so many things in our body if we don't take much water including weakening of our eye sight.

2.Lack of exercise e.g blinking for some minutes several times in a day can affect the eyes. Increase in the risk of cataracts which can weaken the eyes can be as a result of lack of physical activity called exercise.

3.Lack of sleep can cause so much damage in the eyes and then weaken it from functioning very well because your eyes macular needs rest. Example, Eagle sleeps very well for them to have sharpest eye sight.

4.Rubbing eyes can cause thinning of the cornea and that can form a badly result for the eye and it will weaken the eyes

5.Eating of very hot food is capable of causing harm to our eyes.

6.Smoke makes the eyes to be weak because of the dark particles that are not healthy for human but healthy for plants alone.

Conclusion: We should be careful of what we eat and do when someone is suggesting for eyesight treatment because when one is blind there is no remedy unless Almighty God intervention comes in.

Parents should check their children from time to time to keep them in check based on the time they spend with phone, television and computer because excessive use of mobile phone, television and computer without glasses can lead to weakness in the eye due to the light from those screen which can damage their eyesight.

We should eat natural fruits and food like liver, pumpkin egg etc that have those key nutrients that can protect our vision because if we lack nutrition vitamins and nutrients it will grow the risk of developing cataracts and macular attack.
