OBEDIENCE IS KEY

Obedience seems scarce and old-fashioned in our days, we don’t want anyone to tell us what to do and how to do it—not even God!

Only if we realize the blessings that come with obedience. The price of obedience is costly, we live in a world full of sin, wickedness, and evil.

To obey the precepts of God is costly and it goes beyond boasting that you obey God.

No man can obey God without love. Jesus said, "if you love me, you will keep my commandments”(John 14:15). The proof of our love for God is in our obedience to His word.

Obedience without love is legalism. Jesus loved the Father and He obeyed Him by self-sacrificing himself. Be ready to sacrifice your time, pleasure, and favorites to obey God.

The love of God is made complete in those who obey God’s word(1John 2:5).

If we truly desire to know God and please Him, obedience should be prioritized. Those who prioritized obedience get the blessings, it’s nay impossible to obey God and not get blessed.

When we ask God for a miracle. He will always give us instructions to obey.

“Jesus replied, "Loving me empowers you to obey my word. And my Father will love you so deeply that we will come to you and make you our dwelling place. But those who don't love me will not obey my words. The Father did not send me to speak my revelation, but the words of my Father”[John 14:23-‬24 TPT].‬

Quit giving excuses for your disobedience, start obeying God today. Yes, you can!

PRAYER
Jesus, let your love dwell in me. Let me love you more than life itself that I may obey your words.
