Season greetings to you all, I hope everybody is enjoying the break, its a great intuition of the steemit crypto academy admins to want to hear individual feedback regarding how the academy has come so far, as this proves the fairness in the system as they tend to be humble enough to want to hear feedback from irrespective users regarding how the academy has been going so far and as well decided to make irrespective adjustments regarding the student's feedback.
Today, I will be writing my expression of what has been going on so far in the academy and as well what has worked so far, what needed to be worked on, and also how I would have made the academy better. I will be giving the illustration in the listed format below;

Conclusion
I started participating in the crypto academy in the 3rd season which was around August 2021, because before the academy, have always engaged in crypto activities as I have learned a thing or two about crypto not until a friend of mine informed me about the steemit crypto academy simply because he knows, that I am learned crypto trader, then he told me it could be better as I could still learn more, get curated and rewarded at the same time.
I could say ever since then, I never did regret taking the chance as it widen my knowledge regarding cryptocurrency trading as I get to learn more about several strategies to include and as well learn the real forex trading better.
I am one for a fact who acknowledge people who take out their precious time to teach others or as well people who come out of their comfort simply because they want everybody to win, everybody is learned and as well wants the betterment of individual in regards of your race. steemit crypto academy has done that, which unlike we have ever seen, no restriction provided you meet the requirement, I found the whole crypto academy idea to be fantastic which without several times has been a great turnout to most individuals, as I believe a person or two can buoyant acknowledge that their crypto knowledge started not until the crypto academy idea, for this case I said Gracias!! to the Admins.
To me personally, everything the academy has initiated has been working great for example,
The two Course Each Week: Yes, this is one of the greatest idea initiated as this idea allow every user to participate in one or the other weekly course, i.e it gives every level participant the choice of multiple where they get to select which topic or course suits their preference then work with it which I believe this is done to ease each student of their stress mostly in a case whereby they found a course too difficult, they can divert to go and answer the other course instead without causing any hindrance, meaning this is done to give every user which one they had preferred to work with.
Pairing Professors: I must have imagined the idea and instinct it took before the idea, I found it extremely great as well as this ease each professor of there work whereby they get to have a week interval break to prepare the next course for students, it's magnificent and I wish it to continue.
Season Break: The Academy season break as well is an interesting thing as this gives students time to digest what they have previously learned, can then choose to put the knowledge into real action, as well the academy break let students participate in other earthly things, for example to those of us that are currently pursuing our academy career, the break tends to let us make proper arrangement and make plans awaiting the next season to come.
The Club5050 - The idea of steemit I believe is decentralized in a situation whereby we are not supposed to be restricted before being allowed to participate and as well placing users on conditions doesn't speak well enough of the system.
The Crypto Academy is supposed not to have anything regarding how users control their funds as the idea is to create more learned crypto experts and which better way is to do that unless users withdraw and put their earnings into real assets and trade with it, the Club5050 tends to put restriction on participating after meeting up the requirements, the cashout rewards are still been monitored where you are not to withdraw more than you have the power-up, this doesn't speak well enough as it brings discouragement to users.
The Professors reward: I could say I as well as a student doesn't fully support the idea of the rewards professors are getting not even as compared to users we see in other communities who just post diary games and make large earnings from it, whereas professors who took a large part of there time to make a quality post and as well gives remark do not even earn as compared to people in the diary game whereas the same vote still comes from SC01, so I would oblige if the admins can take a great look at this and increase the reward professors get on each task.
Well, just as I said earlier, I believe everything works great in the academy except for the rewards, If I were to be put in a position to improve the academy, I would make the participation requirement easier so as to have more users to be participating in the academy, thou we know its not all about participating alone, we need quality users who can still make a quality post and be free from plagiarism.
I would love to make a static marking scheme for all courses whereby the students can know where to focus best when doing tasks, just as we see that most, professors give varied marking schemes that are not supposed to be so.
Thirdly, I will remove the 150sp power up monthly, and I will also make club5050 to be optional whereby not all users should partake in it before getting a quality vote or qualifying to do a task.
The changes I would make for the future season as well been discussed in the previous tab, where I made mention of not compulsory the 150sp power up monthly.
I will also like muted participants to be able to participate again in the crypto academy after each season which regards that they have learned their mistakes, then with the hope of them not taking part in such anymore rather than delivering quality post next, this is done so as to keep them uptight and not barn them for life.
I would also love to make the changes of selecting the only best students from irrespective tiers, in a sense that the beginners best should only be chosen from the beginners level, and as well the intermediate best should only be chosen from the intermediate level, so as to make the idea of knowledge and promotion fair.
The Marking scheme has been great so far and deliberately fair to some point, just that it would have been better if each professor might just stick to a marking scheme so students can know better how to handle each lecturer course.
The academy rewards have not been coming in handy these days which is not encouraging enough, steem value has dropped greatly, club5050 and with that, the earnings don't come adequately. this might not have been an issue to new users because it's their first experience, but the academy of season3 and 4 was superb as the rewards were never missed since the steemcurator01 and 02 share the rewarding as the case whereby 01 voted advanced and 02 voted the intermediate and beginners, these make it easier since its no longer one man's job, but this has not been rewarding enough in the just concluded season which I hope the steemcurators can try to work on for a better improvement.
Well, the part I enjoyed most was season 3 of the academy where I came 4th after the season round-up, as I was able to put my trading knowledge into real action this time around, as matter of fact, I always anticipate trading classes because that tends to be my soft spot mostly just like I said earlier, I am a learned forex trader which makes participation in trading class much easier for me.
I have as also gathered a lot of knowledge from the academy such as real assets as I tend to have used most of my rewards from the academy to invest in real crypto assets, and as well, from the academy classes and knowledge of knowing more about crypto projects, from the instincts have gathered by participating in courses, have been able to identify and invest in some good upcoming crypto projects where I believe the whole idea of this was learned from the crypto academy classes.
Yes, the academy has inspired me a lot to keep learning more about crypto projects from steemit and other crypto-related platforms, which with this have found my self in a great position where I believe to some point I stand a firm position as any experts trader who makes good profit with a perfect strategy.
Have also expanded my knowledge by taking some courses offline such as telegram and WhatsApp group, where I gains more knowledge and as well share my trading experience with other crypto enthusiasts like me, which to some point I do directs most of my friend who tells me they interested in trading to come to the academy and get a heads up of trading knowledge.
This is my feedback response regarding my participation experience in the steemit crypto academy. I could say as a matter of fact that the admin and people who brought the initiation has been a great deal of help to numerous people as they have tends to give plenty of users the idea and knowledge of what crypto trading is, which I believe we can't thank you enough as these as brought more crypto vision to individuals as a whole.
The little have highlighted on what worked well and what does not work well are surely based on my little knowledge of understanding, other users can as well give a different opinion from mine but the one thing that have come to understand is that the admins have the interest of our participation at heart which made me believe that, whatever changes the academy comes with, its always at the interest of us, so as to serve us better .
