My dear Steemit and Steemians

in #steemit7 years ago

Hello, my dear Steemians... For today a bit different post. A post filled with gratitude. Why you may wonder... Let me tell you.

Not so long ago I receive a comment. A comment from @steemitboard which made my day. A comment with which I realized, that my work here on Steemit finally paid off. I became a dolphin. And if I am looking back, September 2017 feels to me like it was yesterday. I remember that when I started I was grateful for every vote, every comment, and every resteem. And after all this time that didn't change. I am grateful for all of you, followers, or simply just readers who support my goal. My goal to make my two daughters, and of course my whole family future bright and carefree.

And I must say I came on Steemit when the market was high. When the highest payoff for my post was about 119$. It feels now, that I am writing for a change. 1-3$ per post... But whatever. I know I will try to do my best. I know that Steemit platform has potential. I know that people here became my present, and even though I know I will never meet them eye to eye, I will have them near my heart for a long time. Stories of people which left, stories of people who are persistent, and stories of new ones replaced books I loved to read since my childhood. It's interesting how Steemit improved my vocabulary. How easy is to me to think in English, etc. Only positive thoughts.

For those of you, who just joined us I have a few words. Be persistent. Try to be versatile. Try to make quality posts, and make comments that matter. Comments which tell others you really read their post. Comments with a personal point of view. Try to engage with others, and show your true self. Believe me, people will see through you if you will make it up, and take credits for others work.

So my conclusion. Be unique, be you, and don't give up. Steemit has potential, Steemit has future, and we will make a change! Hold your head high and HODL! And be thankful and humble.

I like the second one... It looks like alien flower.

I am happy to read that. I don't see an alien in it, but just because I always saw only a bird flying toward me with spread wings. 😉

Hi @emmania, as always, it is a pleasure to read your posts and to meet you, thank you for sharing your thoughts and your inner world with us. My Congratulation for your achievement and your words encouraging others. Also I was wondering if you are interested there is a community @NTopaz where you can post your beautiful photography too. Just have a look!

Thank you, girl, for all! I am really happy that you come around every time. I checked this page you mentioned before, but I didn't think my posts are worthy of posting there... Maybe I will try a bit more and participate. But I wish you all the best.

Congratulations on your Steemit achievements! I love the bright flowers in the pictures. Do they all grow where you live?

Thank you. The tulips are growing on my partner's mothers garden. But the orchid is growing indoors on her shelf. I usually don't want to grow to many flowers, but I can hardly resist taking photos of them.
