While away for some volunteer assignment in August/September inside the rural villages with a group of friends, we came across many epic lifestyle.
Some of the things that helped the villagers to process their foods were no longer functioning.

The abandonment of the plant resulted in some who can't afford the transportation to the distant one to device means of processing the fruit mechanically with Mortar and Pestle.

Palm trees bear fruits used in producing Red Oil, which is a good source of vitamin E. Vitamin E helps sight.
