However, I must say that there are a few or little changes that can be apply or start in the lifestyle which help to reduce the symptoms of hyperhidrosis:
Clothing Choices: Loose, comfortable clothes made from natural fibers such as cotton allows air to pass through and reduce disposition to perspire.
Dietary: Avoid spicy foods caffeine and alcohol minimize the episodes of sweating
Hygiene: Frequent showering and keeping skin dry with some absorbing powders avoid infection.
Stress management: Yoga, meditation, and breathing might improve any person's stress management; this is importantly one significant part because many times the stress itself has been one of the causative factors that might induce this condition.

Following are a few misbeliefs about hyperhidosis, which needs to be clarified:
"It's Just a Phase": Most people take hyperhidrosis to be the kind of condition that may vanish sooner or later. Precisely opposite, for most, it is there for their lifetime and requires some sort of intervention to treat it.
It's Not a Big Deal: More often, the condition is made to appear so minor. Actually, it seriously gets in the way of one's social and even emotional life.
- Hyperhidrous Due to Poor Hygiene: it does not. Quite contrary to that, the people suffering from hyperhidrosis keep themselves drier and cleaner than a normally breathing human would do.
