Hong Kong Trip Part 1

Last month I went to Hong Kong for a short 4 days 3 nights trip just to walk around the city and eat some local food just to relax myself to get away from my assignments I had back in Malaysia.

I flew to HK with Mas Airlines, I would say the flight was pretty normal nothing much to complain about but the gluten free food was kinda disappointing on the crackers as it was too dry and hard and I’m wearing braces so it’s hard for me to bite it but other than that it was okay.

The first food ate was not local Hong Kong food as I always wanted to try eating lobster roll and they had a 50% off from the app eatigo so I went and tried it out

Surprisingly it was really good , it’s really fresh and the way they cook it was really really tasty. The lobster original price was $138 hk dollar so after 50% it would be $69 hk dollar. Trust me it’s worth the price , they had others rolls too like the shrimp roll , crab roll and some other side dishes.

The hotel that I was stayed was The Best Western Hotel at Causeway Bay. It’s actually a very small hotel that doesn’t really worth the money but in Hong Kong the hotels are most likely to be more expansive due to their lands are limited.

It was a clean room but the WiFi was really bad in my room as I was staying at one of the last room on the floor that is very far away from the WiFi modem. They also had a small little public jacuzzi up on the top floor and the view was spectacular image

So my dad actually went to HK a few days earlier than me as he had a training over there and decided to stay a few days longer since I’m there too so his friends from HK invited out to eat at a Michelin Star Restaurant at Wan Chai

After dinner we went to a near by dessert shop that was also popular in HK

Their popular dessert was the Lychee Ice

And the Mango sago ice which was really really cold.

Since it was early November so the weather in HK wasn’t really that cold but it’s really cooling at night.

So that’s it for the Part 1 post of my HK trip. Will be posting part 2 real soon!
