UNDERSTANDING
Corynebacterium Diphtheriae is a bacterium that can cause a disease whose name is diphtheria. The properties of these bacteria are very easily dispersed, these bacteria can move from one person to another through direct contact.

Corynebacterium Diphtheriae bacteria are commonly transmitted at the time of diphtheria or coughing so that fluids such as saliva or snot are scattered in the air and inhaled by others.

Corynebacterium Diphtheriae anaerobic facultative and Gram-positive creatures, characterized by non-encapsulated, unpopulated, non-moving, and shaped like stems 1 to 8 μm and 0.3 to 0.8 μm in width. In culture, this group of bacteria will relate to each other and form like Chinese letters.

HISTORY
Diphtheria bacteria was first discovered by two German bacteriologists Edwin Klebs (1834-1912) and Friedrich Löffler (1852-1915) in 1884. That is why the name of diphtheria bacteria is called "Klebs-Löffler bacillus",since the name is taken from the names of the inventors.

PATHOGENESIS

Corynebacterium Diphtheriae can be spread via droplets or contact with sensitive individuals. The bacteria then grow on the mucous membranes or on the blisters, and the bacteria begin to produce toxins. The formation of these toxins in vitro depends mainly on iron levels. Establishment of optimum toxin at 0.14 μg / ml of iron content but completely depressed at 0.5 μg / ml. Other factors that affect the onset of in vitro toxin include osmotic pressure, amino acid levels, pH, and the availability of suitable carbon and nitrogen sources. Diphtheria toxin is a heat-resistant polypropylene (BM 62.000) which can be deadly at a dose of 0.1 μg/kg.

PREVENTION
Prevention of Corynebacterium Diphtheriae bacterial infection can be done by maintaining personal hygiene and not making direct contact with infected patients.

Not bad Emil. Since this is a scientific article, i have some suggestions : firstly, you need to pay more attention on your grammar. Secondly, when you include pictures or references on your articles.. you need to cited the authors to prevent from plagiarism. Keep writing ok.

Thank you so much brother correction and input.
