Let's talk about Visionaries !!!
Dear friends!
On this night (Venezuela time) I want to start with the practical example of a man who was a great visionary. I'm talking about the American, Henry Ford. He once said: "If I asked my buyers what they wanted, they would have said it was a faster horse."
of course he did not create faster horses, but the first motor car in the world. This in turn, replaced the use of horses and animals for locomotion. Henry gave rise, then, to the automobile industry, an idea that impacts the lives of all of us, after all, we all use this means of transportation daily.
Is that to be visionary or is it not?
A visionary person is one who sees the front, who sees opportunities where nobody sees; that anticipates the future; creates innovative ideas and transforms this into trends, those that only see in reality.
And do you know why they differ? Because not everyone has this well developed systemic vision, an element that makes them observe the environment around them and capture opportunities that were not seen by anyone else. However, being a visionary goes beyond having good ideas, represents, above all, having the ability to transform these possibilities into reality, into something concrete, that can truly be seen and used by people.
At work and in life, it is essential to develop the ability to expand our vision, that is, to see what happens beyond superficiality. Little ideas started like that; with someone who saw something different and who thought that could work. It was thus with the American inventor, Thomas Edison, to buy and develop the design of the electric lamp, a source of lighting that would not need more fuel to illuminate, and with so many others who dared to go further.
You can also be a visionary!
To do this, seek to expand the way you see the world and seek to capture information that will help you to be a more visionary person, that is, who is ahead and who has intelligence, creativity and sufficient capacity to transform it into extraordinary ideas.
Group then your way of seeing the world, be more attentive to what happens around you and see great opportunities arise. Also look at the examples and success stories of visionary people mentioned here and many others. In them you can be the inspiration that is missing for you to develop this skill too!

It is a challenge to be a visionary, I believe that life is full of challenges, you have talked about examples such as henry ford that endure today, even if those people are not among us, their vision marks the destiny of many today.
