Today one can easily be poisoned should they allow themselves, you can easily be misled or persuaded to do something you normally wouldn't do and the chances you may end up regretting it, in the end, is quite high, it becomes important that we put ourselves out of harm's way when it comes to our mental health and our world today makes this one of the most difficult things to achieve.

In our world today emotional intelligence is something people seek, they are courses being taught in schools and universities now, depression and suicidal tendencies have become the order of the day, and everyone is in frenzy to showcase what they may have managed to achieve in life, social media is all over the place and yet the lives of people in their closets is full of sorrow, sadness and so much pain that they want to end their lives.
