There you see, that on tuesday 558000 STEEM will become liquid, compared to "only" 82.000 STEEM on last tuesday.

The number looks better with only 35% power down on the top 1000. I still expect we will retest the low or nearby before the end of the month.
I hope you are right. At 10 cents I am buying all the Steem I can.

Many of those top accounts, which are powering down, still power down at the old rate, from before the hardfork.
Their power-down-rate isn't as drastic as the new one.
I know, there a two rates, the old 104weeks rate and the new 13 weeks rate. How you can choose it?
If they were powering down before the upgrade, they are still at the old rate. (This is true for some of the top 19 witnesses)
If they started powering down after the upgrade, it's at the new rate.
