What An Apple A Day!

You provably heard... ** An apple a day keeps the doctor away**

An apple a day is part of my daily eating habbit. Specially after my exercise.

To me, an apple help me regain back some energy after a massive sweating.

I feel not hungry because apple has fiver and natural sugar.

-Apple helps my skin looking younger.

-Apple helps my teeth and gums stronger

I am an ashmatic person, my family has it for many generation. 😂 Darn it!

RED HAS

  • Red apple has more antioxidants than green apple. If you eat the skin

While the *Green apple contains less carbohydrates

On top of it all, whicever you prefer eating, either red or green, you are keeping your self away from seeing a doctor.

What I mention above are just a brief introduction of an apple and to perhaps giving you some reminder to keep eating healthy way..
