My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2020

DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN SYNC DATA WITH HEALTH APP FROM YOUR IPHONE TO ACTIFIT APP?
Now we can... I sync data from my apple watch to actifit. Pretty amazing.
Anyway, here I am on a 14 days quarantine still and here are some things that happens here in quarantine room.
Exercise for an hour.
But the food keeps pouring today.
Here is my breakfast
My lunch is fruits, muffins and yogurt.

**My lunch is a sweet and sour chicken with rice.
Finally, my dinner:
The hotel is Grand Hyatt, this is one of the facilities to quarantine people. But these are the people who are residing in Singapore such as singaporean, PR and work permit holders.
