Mandolin Aegean Bistro. Greek food in Miami.
Miami is literally a hot spot right now. Not only for food but for anything else, because the temperature and humidity is really high right now.
We’re here for business but that will not prevent us from taking a break and see some friends. I’m not a big fan of Greek food or maybe I have not tried a good example of it.
But my friends know me so if they recommend this place, I think it will be good. And it really was just check it out the next pictures.
Reading the menu, I noticed that the restaurant is a Greek/Turkish fusion And it looks interesting.

As the main idea was to talk with my friends, we ordered just small plates. We started with an eggplant with tomato sauce and some hummus on top.
Then I ordered Roasted Beets with tahini yoghurt, sesame seeds and mint leafs.
So far the menu had been very light so we level it with a plate of fried calamari with and almond dip.
To end this dinner we needed some protein so I ordered a couple of grilled tiger prawns. They are like shrimp but bigger.
