Chinese Food Anyone? My Go to Place in Nairobi,Kenya.
So, you're probably in Nairobi and you feel like some Chinese food in a fairly quite place? Or perhaps you're looking for a place to go for a silent date so you and your partner can have some a lon e time? Then this is definitely the place for you.
I have been here a couple of times and I love it everytime. They have great food and their portions are quite fair.
On my last visit, I had some vegetable rice, sweet and sour chicken while a friend had some beef rice and fried chicken.
The chicken was actually good, but I didn't like that they added some potatoes to it.
The fried chicken was pretty good, always like to have mine with some chilli and vinegar.
It was a cold day so I opted for a coffee and some water. It was a good day.
The Set Up..
It is more of a family restaurant by the look of it. But they do have couple set ups on the sides or for just lesser people. It seems like a lot of chinese families in Nairobi come here alot.
They also have a balcony space if you prefer to sit outside observing the traffic or the environment :) Unfortunately I didn't manage to capture that part.
And of course it wouldn't be a Chinese restaurant without some chinese decor :D
Not sure what these are, but they were all over and somewhat interesting.
