Pros:

The break becomes more leverage, the performance of the next + also becomes better.
Can be used anywhere, but it is designed for the workplace.
It is suitable for hard workers.
The design is cool.
Timed, Scheduling.
There is a feature for the alarm.
And a basket of other features.

Cons:

Wow the price is fantastic $ 8000- $ 13,000. But because it is used for health, maybe this will not be too expensive.

My Opinion:

This tool will be able to optimize your performance because your rest becomes more comfortable and maximal (although the break is done only in a short span of time).
