I have started eating European style Y'all. The inky problem is I Wake up so damn hungry! This spread was from a couple of days ago, we had it for dinner and it is the closest thing to Kenyan I have had so far. Apparently it is of Hungarian origin and it is called Goulasch.. It's basically beef in alot.... Aloooooooooot of onions and tomato paste and paprika, normally served with rice or boiled potatoes.

It was actually very yummy and I could have it all week if I wanted. Two of my Fave things together, meat and potatoes! In Kenya we have something a little close to this, but normally we put the potatoes into the beef stew, not boil them. I guess there are just different ways to kill a rat aren't there?

There's also this guacamole dip that I cannot have enough of. So darn good. Normally having this as a starter with some carrot sticks or cucumber. We are very big on avocado's in Kenya and finding something that is a close balance to what we have at home has been amazing. I could have this anytime.
