I think we sometimes tend to pressure ourselves so much in order to achieve our life goals that we forget to take care of our-self mentally and emotionally which has ultimately led to a lot of depressed youths. It is really okay to take a break if you have to and also take some self evaluation to determine factors that maybe leading to your poor mental health.
