Psalm 103: 3-5

God forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. He saves your life from death; It fills you with faithful love and compassion. Bless yourself in abundance, rejuvenate like the eagle.

While we detail this biblical portion, we can observe a person submerged in sin, sick, in danger of death and, of course, that requires love and compassion. The only being loving, faithful, compassionate and with great capacity to forgive is God.
God is the only supreme being with ample capacity to love, forgive and bless abundantly. Dio's love is transformative. It is a love that changes and completely renews people.

Each one of us was in the condition mentioned by the psalm: sunk in sins, sick in two dimensions physically and spiritually; We were also in danger of eternal death.
The faithfulness of God's love for us expressed in Christ, allowed us to achieve his wonderful mercy. This compassion of God brought us his abundant spiritual blessings (salvation, freedom, peace, eternal life, fruit of the Holy Spirit, others). However, throughout this process of healing and salvation, God compares it to the transformation by which an eagle reaches its stage of rejuvenation.

The fact that you have received Christ does not imply that the changes occur overnight. The Lord says that it occurs in the same conditions when an eagle ages and seeks to rejuvenate, must go through a process of transformation.

There are eagles that can live 40 years, as well as others that can reach up to 80 years.

When the eagle ages, its beak is long and pointed, whose curve points against its chest. Their wings are old and heavy, and their thick feathers make their flight difficult. So the eagle has two options: die or face a painful process of renewal.
That process begins when the eagle flies to the top of a mountain where it cannot be attacked. There he makes his nest near a wall so he doesn't need to fly. Then, the eagle starts hitting its beak on the wall until it can renew it. Then, with the new beak, it will separate its nails one by one, until they are born again. Then he will start plucking each of his old feathers. After 150 days or 5 months, leave your nest to lift the renewal flight and live approximately 30 more years.

This process of rejuvenation of the eagle, God compares it to the process of transformation in the life of a sinner who comes at the feet of Christ, or the process of change by which God wants to pass to anyone who calls a ministry.

As if the eagle were protected for a time for a process of change, the same happens in our lives when we need to begin a process of renewal that leads us to lift a new victory flight.

In each process of transformation we need to get rid of customs, traditions, memories that caused us pain and break with self-destructive behaviors that negatively marked our lives. God gives us the opportunity for these changes, through his faithful love in Christ Jesus.

When we are free from the weight of the past and experience the forgiveness of our heavenly Father, we can take advantage of the valuable result that always brings renewal. If we first change our thinking, we will understand that God's will is good, pleasant and perfect in our lives.
