No tengas prisa por dar algo que no tienes. Si no tienes paz en tu corazón, ni siquiera imagines que tendrás paz con los demás. Cuando hay conflicto interior y batallas mentales y emocionales, ciertamente, nada funciona bien dentro de nosotros. Caer en una crisis emocional es algo muy peligroso. Si no tienes auto-aceptación o sufres la crisis de auto-rechazo, llevarás una vida de completa inseguridad y pánico. La palabra de Dios nos enseña que debemos buscar su paz y seguirla para lograr la paz en nuestro interior y en nuestras relaciones con los demás. "Apártate del mal y haz el bien. Buscad la paz y procurad conservarla" 1 Pedro 3:11".
Don't be in a hurry to give something you don't have. If you don't have peace in your heart, don't even imagine that you will have peace with others. When there is inner conflict and mental and emotional battles, certainly, nothing works well within us. Falling into emotional crisis is a very dangerous thing. If you do not have self-acceptance or suffer the crisis of self-rejection, you will lead a life of complete insecurity and panic. God's word teaches us that we must seek His peace and follow it in order to achieve peace within ourselves and in our relationships with others. "Turn away from evil and do good. Seek peace and strive to keep it" 1 Peter 3:11".

La paz no se desea simplemente, sino que se busca y se persigue para estar en paz con nosotros mismos y con los demás. Cuando Dios habita en tu corazón, no sólo te da la paz, sino que también te llena de amor. Cuando tienes algo, puedes darlo u ofrecerlo. La paz es muy importante para las relaciones humanas cordiales, ya sea en la familia, en el trabajo, en la iglesia o en cualquier ámbito de la sociedad. No hay nada mejor que tener buenas relaciones con aquellas personas maravillosas que esperan un buen servicio de nosotros. Cuando trabajé en las oficinas de Recursos Humanos de la industria Pdvsa, recuerdo que los trabajadores llegaban muy alterados y con un carácter muy delicado, lo que ameritaba darles un buen trato para cordializar las relaciones. Cuando les hablé con palabras suaves que inspiraban paz, se calmaron y cambiaron su trato altanero por uno cordial. La paz, cuando se tiene, se puede dar y ofrecer, lo que ayudará a cambiar un mundo conflictivo por un ambiente de armonía y seguridad. Dios nos aconseja que busquemos su paz y la sigamos, porque seguramente la necesitaremos en todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida.
Peace is not simply desired, but sought and pursued in order to be at peace with ourselves and with others. When God dwells in your heart, He not only gives you peace but also fills you with love. When you have something, you can give or offer it. Peace is very important for cordial human relationships, whether in the family, at work, in the church or in any area of society. There is nothing better than having good relationships with those wonderful people who expect good service from us. When I worked in the Human Resources offices in the Pdvsa industry, I remember that workers arrived very upset and with a very delicate character, which merited giving them a good treatment in order to cordialize relations. As I spoke to them with soft words that inspired peace, they calmed down and changed their haughty treatment for a cordial one. Peace when you have it can be given and offered, which will help change a world of conflict into an environment of harmony and security. God advises us to seek his peace and to follow it, because we will certainly need it in all areas of our lives.

Cuando Dios entra en la vida de una persona, la llena de abundante paz y amor desbordante. Hay que tratar a las personas con ternura y mucho respeto. Si nos falta el amor y la paz interior, todo el entorno puede transformarse en un escenario de disputas, lo cual es desastroso porque rompe con las altas relaciones que deben existir entre las personas. Nunca intentes convencer a alguien utilizando la fuerza, no olvides que la palabra suave, blanda la dura. Cuando hables a alguien con dulzura y le extiendas tu mano amiga, lo conquistarás para Dios y para el reino de tus amistades. No te conformes con decir que tienes paz en tu interior, intenta desarrollarla y mantenerla, porque sin ella es imposible ver el rostro de Dios. Cree que Dios está en tu vida y habita en tu corazón con un amor desbordante. El amor de Dios transforma y cambia todo en una dulce atmósfera de confianza y paz. Cuando recibimos el amor de Dios, nos apropiamos de lo que realmente nos ofrece, y lo que Dios nos ofrece no es nada de este mundo, sino algo más glorioso de su reino, que es la vida eterna. Mantén un vínculo con Dios de amor y respeto para que crezcas en una sana relación de paz y amistad con Dios y con todas las personas que te rodean.
When God enters a person's life, He fills him with abundant peace and overflowing love. People need to be treated with tenderness and a lot of respect. If we lack love and inner peace, the whole environment can be transformed into an arena of strife, which is disastrous because it breaks with the high relationships that should exist between people. Never try to convince someone using force, do not forget that the soft word, soft the hard. When you speak to someone with gentleness and extend your helping hand, you will conquer him for God and for the kingdom of your friendships. Don't be satisfied with just saying that you have peace inside you, try to develop it and keep it, because without it it is impossible to see the face of God. Believe that God is in your life and dwells in your heart with overflowing love. God's love transforms and changes everything into a sweet atmosphere of trust and peace. When we receive God's love, we are appropriating what He really offers, and what God offers us is not anything of this world, but something more glorious of His kingdom, which is eternal life. Maintain a bond with God of love and respect so that you grow in a healthy relationship of peace and friendship with God and with all the people around you.
